This error indicates a power interruption to the autoclave you can try the following:
As soon you plug your sterilizer into a power outlet it displays this error. Simply press the ON / STANDBY button and continue normal operation. It is important to determine if this error comes up while running a cycle – this will indicate whether the unit is overheating or not.
If this error code is coming up during a cycle, the overheat switch is likely getting activated. Let the autoclave cool down and start a new cycle. If your sterilizer errors again call Medicanix and have them bring you a loaner sterilizer because what is likely happening is your sterilizer is losing steam during the cycle which is causing it to boil dry – there can be a number of reasons your sterilizer may be losing steam.

Error Code 2 (E002):

This error occurs when the STOP button gets pressed while running a cycle. Un-plug and re-plug the sterilizer to clear the error and run a new cycle.
